Services: Support Plans

Envision Networks' Support plans give our clients complete support on their infrastructure for a Flat Monthly Fee.  The plans include Monitoring, Management, IT Support (helpdesk support), as well as IT Planning and Preventative Maintenance on all systems in the support contract.

ENCompass
provides you with monitoring, management, reporting and onsite support on your PC’s, Servers and Network Equipment (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, etc.) as well as a yearly IT Plan and regular Preventative Maintenance on all systems in your ENCompass support plan.

ENCompass Monitoring
Envision Networks can provide strictly Monitoring and Patching services and have the alerts sent to you and your team so you can fix the problems before they cause issues for your organization.

ENCompass
Envision Networks will handle the Monitoring, Updating, Patching and support for all your systems when we have alerts or when you need onsite support.

ENCompass Premium
Includes all ENCompass Management offerings plus we give you faster response time, more detailed reporting and additional management services.
