Envision Networks, Inc. acquires Fort Collins-based Fels IT Solutions, LLC.

Envision Networks, Inc. ("Envision") today announced the acquisition of Fort Collins-based Fels IT Solutions, LLC ("Fels"). The acquisition marks Envision’s next step in its effort to solidify its position as the premier Managed Service Provider to Colorado’s Front Range.
As a result of the transaction, Fels' Northern Colorado client base will have access to Envision's cutting edge IT support technologies and world class engineers. The addition of the talented Fels technical staff to the Envision team creates a group of some of the most talented Microsoft and Apple engineers in the western United States.
